Procedure for Booking

1. Bookings can only be made by contacting The Darndale Belcamp Village Centre Administration office.
2. Booking forms must be filled in comprehensively and authorised by the organisation using the room.Phone bookings must be confirmed by email or fax.3.  Cancellations with less than two weeks notification will be subject to full payment.4.  The need for specialised equipment

1. It is the responsibility of every organisation using the conference/ meeting rooms to inform their delegates, students, visitors of our fire evacuation policy and ensure that they know were the nearest fire exit is and the appropriate assembly point.
2. Booking times must be strictly adhered to.
3. The conference centre/meeting rooms must be left in a clean and orderly fashion.
