Healthy Food Made Easy. A Healthy Eating and Cooking Course. Are you interested in learning about healthy eating and Cooking in a friendly, relaxed environment? The HFME course aims to teach people basic nutritional theory as well as practical cookery skills. Could you commit to attending a group one morning/afternoon per week for 6 weeks? The Northside Partnership are currently looking for community Groups or individuals to participate in the next HFME . Do you need to regain confidence & self esteem?  To learn new skills update present ones, help rejoin the workforce. Besides serving the community, we also service the greater Coolock area. 

All our courses are free of charge so those who can’t afford the courses can still do them.  Everyone is important to us regardless of what skills you have and we do our best to supply what the community want.

The MIC Project
Background: The Darndale Belcamp Resource Centre received funding from the National Drugs Strategy Team in 2001 to provide a programme for young people ‘at risk’ under a heading of Prevention & Education.   The funding is being used to provide training and resources in the media / music / arts field, including Sound Engineering, Photography, Dance & Drama, Video Production and Music Instruction.

The Discovery Centre
The Discovery Centre provides second chance education and training opportunities.  There is a particular emphasis on learners who have left the formal education system without adequate formal qualifications, particularly those who have not progressed to upper second level education.
